A bit about me
I work mainly with women in their 40's and 50's who are looking to improve their health and wellbeing and reduce stress in their lives.
As a woman in her 50's I know all too well how important it is to have balance in all areas of my life. For me that means balance between:
- work and life
- being a mum,wife, daughter, friend and time for me
- exercise to improve strength and fitness and exercise to stretch and breathe
- eating healthily and enjoying a guilt free glass of wine or slice of coffee cake
- over committing myself and knowing when to say no
As I approach that time in my life where physical and mental changes are happening on an almost daily basis, I understand how important it is to take a pause and acknowledge these changes and how it makes me feel. I believe that if I embrace these changes in a positive way and tackle them head on I can come through this period stronger both mentally and physically. I fully intend to make the second half of my life one where I feel and look confident, happy and fulfilled.
Helping others to improve their health, wellbeing and realise their potential has given me a tremendous sense of fulfilment and achievement. I believe that all of us have the capability to live our very best lives.
As a coach I work with clients to help them identify their goals, overcome barriers and challenges that could prevent them to move forward and provide an action oriented and focussed approach which not only supports their journey but enables them to realise their potential and have the confidence to make the sustainable changes they need to reach their goals and live a more dynamic and fulfilling life.
As a reflexologist I work with clients with a multitude of both physical and mental health issues and have witnessed how reflexology, by reducing stress in the body, can have a major beneficial impact on health and wellbeing.
